The company added, "This process has worked well for us in the past and allows us to get more fixes out faster. Eurogamer noted that Bethesda provided a cursory overview of its plans to fix the hiccups of the game. However, it didn't resolve much and the problems continue to wave through. Fans are hoping that the upcoming patch will fix the bug and issues since Bethesda already released an earlier patch to address some of the problems found on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. They have already confirmed the first big "Fallout 4" patch which is expected to be released sometime next week. Fortunately, Bethesda isn't deaf to the reports.
It does hold off the crash for a little longer but after testing, the user believes that the only permanent fix available for the issue will be through an official patch. Game Rant noted that one user reported that the issue cannot be solved through loading an earlier save or starting a new game. The game-crashing issue isn't limited to any specific version as well as it turned out that users across other platforms like PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC have all encountered the bug. The user noticed that it seemed like the bug only happens when they reach a particular level of the game's story. However, instead of moving forward, the game crashes to the desktop without any error message. Gamers of "Fallout 4" made some noise over Bethesda's forums to report a potentially game-breaking bug that was discovered while playing with one of the many quests available in the action-role playing game.
